What it is
The measure of emergency care is simple: how quickly it stops hurting, and whether anybody explained what happens next.
Ring the practice and a clinician triages the call — not a receptionist working from a script and not an answering service. You will be told how urgently you need to be seen and what to do in the meantime, and that advice costs nothing whether or not you end up coming in.
At the appointment we diagnose, then relieve: drainage of an abscess, a dressing, a temporary repair or a definitive filling, whichever the tooth actually needs. You leave knowing what the tooth needs next, what it will cost and how long you can safely wait.

Good To Know
- My tooth has been knocked out. What do I do?
- Handle it by the crown, not the root, and put it straight back in the socket if you can. If you cannot, keep it in milk and call us immediately — the first thirty minutes matter more than anything else.
- Can you see me if I am not registered here?
- Yes. Emergency appointments are open to anyone, whether or not you are a patient of the practice.
- What will it cost?
- You are told the price of the emergency appointment when you book it, and the cost of anything further before it is carried out.
