Accessibility Statement

Last updated 1 August 2026

We want the practice and this website to be usable by everyone, regardless of ability. This statement sets out where we stand and how to tell us when we have not got it right.

This website

This site is built to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. In practice that means semantic headings and landmarks, visible focus indicators, text that reflows to 400% zoom without loss of content, colour contrast that meets or exceeds the required ratios, and full keyboard operability throughout.

Motion is used throughout the site, and all of it respects your operating system's reduced-motion setting. If you have that preference enabled, animations are disabled rather than merely shortened.

The practice

The entrance is at street level with step-free access from the car park. Doorways and the treatment rooms accommodate wheelchairs, and there is an accessible toilet on the same floor.

Designated accessible parking is available directly outside the entrance.

Appointments

Tell us what would help and we will arrange it: longer appointments, a quieter time of day, written rather than verbal explanations, or a support person with you throughout.

We can arrange interpretation, including sign language, with reasonable notice.

Telling us about a problem

If you encounter a barrier on this site or in the practice, please call us on (780) 784-3333 or send a message through our contact page. We treat accessibility issues as faults, and we will tell you what we intend to do and when.
