Designed digitally, worn in your own mouth as a trial, and only then made permanent.
What it is
A veneer is a thin shell of porcelain bonded to the front of a tooth. Preparing that tooth is the one step that cannot be undone, which is why we do everything else first.
We take photographs and a scan, design the proposed shape and proportion against your own face, then place that design in your mouth in temporary composite. You wear it, eat with it, and show it to whoever you like. Nothing is prepared until you have signed the shape off.
Well-made veneers are conservative: minimal enamel removed, margins that sit kindly against the gum, and a shade chosen in daylight rather than under a surgery lamp. Badly made ones are the reason the treatment has the reputation it does.

Common questions
Good To Know
- Will veneers ruin my natural teeth?
- A veneer needs some enamel removed, which never grows back — that is exactly why we trial the design first and why we will steer you to bonding or alignment where those will do the job.
- How long do they last?
- Typically ten to fifteen years with good hygiene and a nightguard if you grind. They are replaceable, but each replacement is easier if the first preparation was conservative.
- Can I see the result before I commit?
- Yes — both on screen and physically. The trial smile goes in your mouth and you take it home.
